Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients:

* adapted from the Provisions Bakery recipe

  • 1 & 1/2 cups flour of choice

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2/3 teaspoon ground cloves

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup oil (I used avocado oil, canola works too!)

  • 1/4 cup apple cider

  • 1 can pumpkin puree

Directions:

-Preheat oven to 350

-Whisk together all dry ingredients

-Add all wet ingredients into the dry

-Mix it up!

-Fill a greased muffin pan with batter, be sure to fill up the muffin wells 2/3 of the way, almost to the top

-Bake until firm to the touch, about 18-20 mins
