Summery Shrimp Salsa

So fresh and zesty!! Perfect switch up to your summer salsas. You can throw this together and really impress your guests.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs of wild caught Argentinian Shrimp

  • 1 large fresh mango (frozen works too)

  • 2 avocados

  • 1 large red onion

  • Handful of cilantro

  • 1 lime and 1 lemon

  • Seasonings of choice

Cook your shrimp in a simple olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic mixture until tender. Chop up all your shrimp and veggies into comfortable bites. Mix in a large bowl with olive oil, cilantro salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Squeeze your lemon and lime, and zest for garnish. Serve with fresh baguettes, tortilla chips or eat alone! Enjoy!
